Fred Howard Park Beach Family Portrait | Hensarling-Thaens Family
Like many families, this family was reunited after a season apart due to all the traveling complications so many of us have experienced the past year and a half. It was such a joy to hangout with this crew. The grandkids certainly knew how to make their grandmother smile!
This session was also the first family portrait since the passing of their Father/Grandfather/Husband. I was so moved by how they chose to remember and include him in the family photo. Being a very patriotic man, they decided they would best honor him with a red, white & blue color scheme and all hold American flags. Family really is such a special gift. I'm grateful for being trusted with these tender family moments.
The session itself was a sunset session at Fred Howard Beach, however the sun hid behind clouds the entire session. We were still able to get some great photos, just none of the drama shots. Here are a few favorite images from the session!
